Autumnwood Properties
Autumnwood Properties required a rebranding assignment to support its growth and individual property promotion. The process began with the development of a strong brand for the parent company.
The identity needed to be flexible in order to support the sub-brands (individual properties). The end result was a brand identity that had the fluidity and flexibility to support existing and future properties.
A simple co-existing brand had to be developed for the Autumnwood Properties sub-brands (existing and future properties). We developed a standard to maintain continuity between the parent and property brands. The wave through the letter “A” from the parent brand carries through to the base of each sub-brand, combined with a region-specific icon that represents each property.
