The Princess Margaret Aftercare Clinic — Website

The Princess Margaret Aftercare Clinic website is essentially a networking tool for those who have survived cancer and want to keep in touch with their fellow survivors. Their mission is to provide a community-like environment where childhood cancer survivors can meet each other, find support, organize events and find reliable information to learn more about things that can affect them, as well as provide them with the opportunity to participate in research.

Throughout this website, the Aftercare Clinic aim to provide all the resources that the transition from active-treatment to follow-up care, and the transition from childhood into adulthood may require. They will help and empower childhood cancer survivors to make the best informed choices for themselves and want them to be aware about their care.

This website enables survivors to book appointments with doctors, send in feedback concerning treatment, browse education resources concerning their treatments, take part in research opportunities and attend events.
